Fashionista Friday #42

Where did July go?? Is it over already??? LOL! Hope y'all stayed busy during our vacation, I know I did! We are all moved into a new house and my craft room is up and running again! Time for a brand new color challenge! But first....let me just say that I thoroughly enjoyed looking at all your entries for our extended vacation challenge....wowzers! Totally amazing! It was much too difficult to pick just one, so this time we will have a pair of Shoes of the Week! The pair of beauties are:

And now for today's brand new color challenge. We are going to try something different for our Color challenges, but it is just a teeny little change, and in all actuality, nothing will REALLY change....
The color challenges will now be based off of copic colors. There are so many copics out there in so many fabulous colors, we will be using copic shades as our color combos. This does NOT mean you have to use copics on your creations. We are just using their names and shades for our example. Now if you WANT to use the corresponding copics, go for it! But if not, just use the general shade shown. For example....here is this weeks color challenge:



This could just be interpreted simply as 'purple, brown, and light grey'! Make sense? So, copic or not, this is your color challenge for this week! Check out our DT interpretations:

Now...a bit of an announcement...nothing bad I promise! Today's challenge will be the last challenge we post here for the month of July. The fabulous Shoe team is running around crazy right now...and we all are in need of a bit of a "vacation" to catch up on things at home and work and to catch up on some scrappy goodness! Tracey is currently at the CTMH Convention (I'm so jealous!) and moving into a new house...our lovely Jill is getting settled (hopefully finally) in Atlanta (we miss you doll!)...Tanisha and I are working insane hours (gotta pay the bills!)...and it is summer after all...kids are at home...some vacations are planned (and some stay-cations!)...so this challenge will be open until August 5 at 7 pm.
